At Vego Garden, we stand behind the durability and quality of our modular garden beds. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your unused items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Contact our customer support team with your order number and the specific items you wish to return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack the unused garden beds and components in their original packaging to ensure they are protected from damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship Items Back

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at the designated carrier location; please note that return shipping costs may apply.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods for quality assurance, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
